Real Madrid fulfilled expectations by finishing top of Group H but they will be preparing for a step up in quality when taking on Juventus at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
Los Blancos drew 1-1 with Al Hilal in their opening match of the tournament, but they have shown substantial improvement and should be in a confident frame of mind after Friday’s 3-0 triumph over RB Salzburg.
While Real seem to be moving forward, Juve have a few issues to address following their 5-2 loss to Manchester City.
The Italians went into the City game with maximum points, but were outclassed by the Premier League side, who won the shot count 24 to five.

Best Bet: Real Madrid -1 on handicap @ 13/8
Real Madrid finished top of Club World Cup Group H and can continue their journey with a comfortable victory over Juventus in Miami Gardens.
Xabi Alonso is just three games into his reign as Real Madrid manager and is already seeing plenty of positives.
New signings Trent Alexander-Arnold and Dean Huijsen seem to be adjusting nicely and the goals have continued to flow despite Kylian Mbappe’s absence due to illness.
Los Blancos have scored three goals in each of their last two matches and are getting ready to reintegrate Mbappe, who has returned to full training.
Real seem to be trending the right way and their early progress under Alonso looks ominous for Juve, who faced a first big test against Manchester City on Thursday and were nowhere near the required standard.
Igor Tudor’s side had previously posted easy wins over Al Ain (5-0) and Wydad AC (4-1), but they looked ill-prepared against the Citizens and could suffer a second heavy defeat in six days.
Dan Childs explains:
Xabi Alonso has been Real Madrid’s manager for little more than a month but he seems to be having a positive impact. Real have got better with every game and can register a fairly comfortable victory over Juventus, who were uncompetitive in their 5-2 loss to Manchester City.
Xabi Alonso isn’t frightened of making big decisions and has swiftly promoted 21-year-old attacker Gonzalo Garcia, who had made just two substitute appearances over the course of the La Liga season.
Garcia has started all three Club World Cup games, scoring twice, and looks overpriced to add to his tally.
Juventus head coach Igor Tudur is also mulling a few selection issues but may keep faith with captain Manuel Locatelli, who has recently recovered from injury.
Locatelli likes to make his presence felt but he is nowhere near full fitness and looks a probable yellow card candidate.
Juve could find themselves on the wrong end of a heavy defeat, but they have scored 11 goals in the competition and can bag themselves a consolation goal.

Dan Childs adds:
This Bet Builder anticipates a goalscoring contribution from Gonzalo Garcia, who has deputised impressively for Kylian Mbappe. Juve may struggle to stem the flow of attacks and frustrations could get the better of midfielder Manuel Locatelli, who was booked nine times in Serie A last term.

Antonio Rudiger (cramp) is expected to continue and Kylian Mbappe (illness) has returned to training and should be among the substitutes. Mbappe’s recent absence has provided opportunities for Gonzalo Garcia, who is in line for his fourth start of the tournament.
Expected Real Madrid line-up (3-5-2): Courtois; Tchouameni, Rudiger, Huijsen; Alexander-Arnold, Bellingham, Valverde, Guler, Fran Garcia; Vinicius Junior, Gonzalo Garcia.
Changes are expected for Juve with Kenan Yildiz, Francisco Conceicao and Randal Kolo Muani among the players in line for recalls to the starting XI. Manuel Locatelli could start ahead of Khephren Thuram in the centre of the park.
Expected Juventus line-up (3-4-2-1): Di Gregorio; Kalulu, Savona, Kelly; Costa, Locatelli, McKennie, Cambiasso; Conceicao, Yildiz; Kolo Muani.
