A heavyweight tussle is in the offing when Portugal meet France in the second quarter-final at the Euros on Friday evening.
The Selecao squeezed past Slovenia on penalties in the last 16, drawing 0-0 after 120 minutes, before Cristiano Ronaldo redeemed himself after missing a penalty in extra-time by converting in the shootout and setting the tone for victory.
France, meanwhile, needed a deflected own goal from Jan Vertonghen to beat Belgium in the second round.
The match will be broadcast on BBC One, the BBC Sport website and iPlayer.
This fixture will take place at 20:00 on Friday 5th July at Hamburg's Volksparkstadion.
France have largely had the edge in this rivalry over the years, winning 19 of the pair's 28 meetings and have usually bested Portugal at major tournaments.
They won 3-2 on their way to glory at Euro '84, 2-1 AET at Euro 2000 and 1-0 at the World Cup 2006. However, the Selecao dramatically won 1-0 in Paris when the pair clashed in the 2016 European Championship final.
The two sides' most recent meeting was in the group stages of the last Euros, when they drew 2-2 in Budapest.

Portugal look to have a full squad to select from, with none of their players suspended and no fresh injury issues at the time of writing.
Roberto Martinez experimented with his formation in the build-up to the tournament, but now looks to have settled on a 4-3-3 spearheaded by 39-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo in what could be his final game at a European Championship.
The only player older than Ronaldo at the tournament, Pepe, may be assessed after the 41-year-old understandably tired in the closing stages against Slovenia.
Didier Deschamps will have to make at least one change to his side, with midfielder Adrien Rabiot suspended.
He could opt for a like-for-like replacement in Eduardo Camavinga, allowing him to continue with a midfield diamond, although it has been suggested that Ousmane Dembele could be restored to give Les Bleus more width.
