The first leg takes place on Wednesday in Paris before the pair clash again at Joie Stadium on Thursday 26th September.
Paris FC Women v Manchester City Women is not available to watch on TV and will not be broadcast live in the UK.
The game kicks off at 17:45 BST on Wednesday 18th September at the Stade Charléty, Paris.
Paris FC Women's Premiere Ligue campaign starts on 29th September, but they have already been in competitive action, beating First Vienna 9-0 and Sparta Praha 2-0 in this competition.
Manchester City Women are also still to start properly, with their Women's Super League season getting underway at Arsenal on Sunday.
This is their eighth UEFA Women's Champions League campaign and their first since the 2022/23 season when they lost 1-0 to Real Madrid in qualifying.
Tuesday's match will be the two sides' first-ever meeting, although The Citizens have faced their opponents' local rivals Paris Saint-Germain on five occasions, drawing once and losing the other four.
Home boss Sandrine Soubeyrand has a full squad to select from, with Mathilde Bourdieu and Clara Mateo expected to start in attack and Kessya Bussy having to settle for a bench role.
Gareth Taylor has confirmed that midfielders Laura Coombs and Jill Roord are back in training and could be in contention but defenders Tara O'Hanlon and Risa Shimizu, plus goalkeeper Sandy MacIver, remain sidelined.
