Nuno Espirito Santo welcomes his former club Wolves to the City Ground for an intriguing Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest.
Forest go into the clash with spirits up after taking four points from their opening two games.
For Wolves, though, plenty of Gary O'Neil's side have amends to make for their part in Sunday's 6-2 home demolition by Chelsea.
Wolves or Draw No Bet - 6/4
Just two games into the new Premier League season, but already this trip to the City Ground looks like a huge game for Wolves after a wretched start.
While the 2-0 loss at Arsenal on the opening weekend was forgivable, last week's 6-2 humbling at Molineux by Chelsea was a real worry.
O'Neil made plenty of changes during the week and was rewarded with a 2-0 win over Burnley in the EFL Cup, that must have given the Wolves' boss food for thought heading to Nottingham.
The return of Nelson Semedo from suspension is one plus for Wolves, with many fans hoping that the Portuguese's likely selection coincides with a return to a back three, Craig Dawson restored to the heart of it and Rayan Ait Nouri moved to left wing-back.
O'Neil, determined to make Wolves more progressive, may not budge on his new 4-2-3-1 set-up, but he certainly has more options this week and will be pleased that the likes of Goncalo Guedes, Daniel Podence, Chiquinho and Tommy Doyle all shone against the Clarets.
Chelsea waltzed through a side getting to grips with life post-Max Kilman, but the Old Gold have not become a bad side overnight and should have few fears about a trip to the City Ground.
Forest are on four points which deserves credit, but from a 1-1 draw at home to Bournemouth and a 1-0 win at Southampton. They are creating plenty of chances but clearly not taking many and Wolves' opening two fixtures have asked far more questions.
The Trees also drew 1-1 with Newcastle in the EFL Cup on Wednesday night, though with a team featuring 10 changes to Saturday's win at St Mary's.
Nuno has got Forest playing positively and that 'three-quarter' line of Anthony Elanga, Morgan Gibbs-White and Callum Hudson-Odoi will frighten the life out of many a top-flight defence - we saw how Chelsea's lively forwards put the frighteners on Wolves' rearguard.
It's early enough in the season to think Forest are too short at 1/1 against a Wolves' side with a point to prove - and points to win.
Rayan Ait Nouri Over 0.5 Shots on Target - 9/4
Whether he's playing at left-back or left wing-back, Wolves flier Rayan Ait Nouri never needs an excuse to roam forwardand once the Algerian has galloped his way into opposition territory he isn't afraid to have a dig.
In a tough start to the season Ait Nouri has managed to get a shot away in both games against Arsenal and Chelsea, in keeping of a player who fired off 24 shots in 29 starts last term, scoring twice.
Ait Nouri's defensive work has been tested over the first fortnight and will be by Forest, but he will also get forward and looks decent value at 9/4 to get a shot on target.
Ibrahim Sangare to be booked - 3/1
Ibrahim Sangare picked up his first Premier League caution of the season at St Mary's last Saturday, one would imagine it will be the first of many.
The Ivory Coast enforcer only made 13 starts last term for Forest and managed to get himself booked six times.
Now he has picked up a booking for a foul at Southampton and followed that up by getting himself cautioned against Newcastle in the EFL Cup - he was only a second-half sub against the Magpies.
The 3/1 he finds his way into Simon Hooper's notebook looks a good-value bet.
