Nottingham Forest could guarantee their Premier League survival if they beat Chelsea in their final home match of the season at the City Ground on Saturday evening.
The Tricky Trees head into the weekend sitting just a place above the bottom three, but, with relegation rivals Luton and Burnley playing earlier on Saturday, a win or even potentially a draw could be enough to confirm their top-flight status ahead of the final week of the season.
Visitors Chelsea also still have plenty to play for in the battle for the European places and Mauricio Pochettino will be hoping his side can secure a third successive win to further boost those hopes.
Nottingham Forest v Chelsea will be available to watch on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League.
This fixture will be the eighth and final Premier League game taking place on Saturday 11th May, with the contest set to kick-off at 17:30 at Nottingham's Forest's City Ground.
Nottingham Forest are unbeaten in their three meetings with Chelsea since returning to the Premier League, claiming two draws and a 1-0 in victory in September's reverse meeting at Stamford Bridge.
Nuno Espirito Santo's side boosted their survival hopes with victory at Sheffield United last time out, but that was just their third win across their last 16 league games.
Chelsea will head into the contest on the back of successive victories to nil over Tottenham and West Ham, although both of those games were played on home soil at Stamford Bridge.
It is a different story for the Blues on their travels, as they have failed to win any of their last five top-fight fixtures on the road.

Forest have a near fully-fit squad to choose from for this game, with full-back Neco Williams the only confirmed absentee as he continues to struggle with a thigh injury.
Espirito-Santo may consider making a change up front where the fit-again Taiwo Awoniyi is pushing to start ahead of Chris Wood.
Chelsea's lengthy injury list has been easing over recent weeks, but Pochettino could still be without as many as eight first-team players for their trip to the City Ground.
Reece James (thigh), Ben Chilwell (knee), Robert Sanchez (unspecified), Lesley Ugochukwu (hamstring), Wesley Fofana (knee), Carney Chukwuemeka (knee), Romeo Lavia (thigh) and Enzo Fernandez (hernia) are all expected to remain on the treatment table.
