Leyton Orient have made a miserable start to their League Two season and will be hoping a trip to Championship outfit Millwall in the EFL Cup can bring some respite.
Orient have lost all three league games so far, though they did put four past Newport County to book their place in this second round.
The Lions, meanwhile, are also winless on league duty after three games, and they edged out Portsmouth to set up this tie.
Millwall vs Leyton Orient will be shown live on Sky Sports+.
The game between Millwall and Leyton Orient is scheduled for a 19:45 BST kick-off on Tuesday 27th August at The Den in south-east London.
These London rivals have been regular opponents through the years, with Millwall edging the head-to-head by just five wins after 69 competitive meetings.
This, though, will be their first meeting since a 2-1 win from the home side at The Den in League One back in April 2010.
The last League Cup meeting was back in August 1992, with Millwall winning what was then a two-legged first round tie 5-2 on aggregate.
