Manchester United were thrashed 4-0 at Crystal Palace on Monday and will be aiming to bounce back against title-chasing Arsenal on Sunday.
The Gunners sit second after Manchester City's 4-0 win at Fulham on Saturday but can reclaim top spot with a victory, albeit the Citizens have a game in hand against Arsenal's bitter rivals Tottenham on Tuesday.
The match will be shown on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League.
The fixture takes place at 16:30 BST on Sunday 12th May at Old Trafford, Manchester.
The defeat at Palace felt like the latest in a run of poor results for United. However, they have lost just one of their last eight home matches in the league.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have the second-best away record in the top flight behind City, winning 12 of their 18 games, but have won just one of their 16 league visits to Old Trafford since 2006.
The Gunners won September's reverse game 3-1, their 88th victory against United, who have won 101 times, while there have been 50 draws.
