Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne both asked to be taken off in Wednesday's European loss to Madrid and the duo will need to be assessed ahead of Saturday's contest.

Guardiola is expected to rotate his side after the Champions League exertions, with Julian Alvarez, Jeremy Doku, John Stones, Mateo Kovacic and Nathan Ake all pushing for starts.
