Liverpool look set to maintain their advantage at the top of the Premier League table this weekend with a high-scoring victory over Fulham at Anfield.

Following a frantic 3-3 draw away to Newcastle at the start of the month, Liverpool enjoyed a rare weekend of rest when the Merseyside derby was postponed last Saturday.

The Reds have since travelled to face Girona in the Champions League, winning 1-0 thanks to Mo Salah's penalty.

Lukic committed just one foul but was shown a yellow card against the Gunners and that was his sixth booking of the season, while he has racked up 24 fouls in the top flight this term.

Alexis Mac Allister will be missing for the Reds but Lukic will still be tasked with keeping tabs on the likes of Curtis Jones, Ryan Gravenberch and Dominik Szoboszlai and may be forced into the odd cynical foul.
