Two sides still awaiting their first Premier League wins of the season will meet at the King Power Stadium on Saturday as Leicester City play host to Everton.
While talk of this being a relegation six pointer would be premature to say the least, both sides will be desperate to secure a morale-boosting three points.
Leicester have at least picked up two draws from their opening four matches - against Tottenham and Crystal Palace - but Everton are yet to register a point and head into the weekend propping up the standings.
Over 2.5 goals and both teams to score - 11/10
Usually when two teams are struggling for wins at the wrong end of the division, they are also lacking a cutting edge in front of goal, but that has not necessarily been the case for Leicester or Everton so far this season.
The Foxes have both scored and conceded in all four of their league fixtures to date this term, while their only clean-sheet came in a 4-0 thrashing of League Two Tranmere in the second round of the EFL Cup.
At least three goals have been scored in each of Leicester's last four games and it has been a similar story for Everton, who have let a two-goal lead slip in their last two Premier League fixtures to lose 3-2 against both Bournemouth - in record breaking fashion - and Aston Villa.
The Toffees have scored in four consecutive matches across league and cup, but they have registered just one clean-sheet in their six games to date this term and their tally of 13 goals conceded in the Premier League is the most in the division.
Everton's defensive vulnerability is not helped by the continued absence of key players such as Jarrad Branthwaite and Seamus Coleman, while doubts also surround the fitness of James Tarkowski and Vitalii Mykolenko heading into Saturday's game.
All the signs are that this game should be high scoring, even if it lacks quality, and backing at least three goals in the contest, with both teams contributing to that tally, could be the way to go.
Jamie Vardy anytime scorer - 11/5
Anyone doubting whether, at 37, Jamie Vardy could still perform at Premier League level will have been left red faced following the evergreen striker's recent strikes against Tottenham and Crystal Palace.
The goalscoring onus has certainly been on Vardy at the start of the season following the summer departure of Kelechi Iheanacho and the fitness concerns surrounding Patson Daka, but the former England international has been able to step up to the plate.
Vardy now has 138 career goals in the Premier League and seven of those have come in 14 appearances against Everton, including when the two teams last met - a 2-2 draw at the King Power in May 2023.
If, as expected, Leicester can get on the scoresheet at least once on Saturday, then do not be surprised if Vardy is the one to do it. He will certainly be licking his lips at the prospect of facing a makeshift Everton defence.
Tim Iroegbunam to be booked - 15/8
Tim Iroegbunam has been a bright spark in an otherwise dismal start to the season for Everton, with the midfielder, a summer arrival from Aston Villa, firmly establishing himself as a regular starter for Sean Dyche's side.
The 21-year-old has started all four league games for the Toffees this season and he has shown, despite his youth, that he is not afraid to get stuck in, giving away a team-high 10 fouls and picking up yellow cards against both Bournemouth and Aston Villa.
Having also been booked in the EFL Cup second-round win over Doncaster, Iroegbunam has now been cautioned in each of his last three starts.
The former Queens Park Rangers loanee was only introduced as a late substitute during the midweek EFL Cup exit at the hands of Southampton, with Dyche seemingly keeping him fresh for this game.
With a return to the starting XI likely on Saturday, do not be surprised if Iroegbunam ends up in referee Darren England's notebook.
