Kosovo and Romania begin their Nations League Group C campaigns with a clash in Pristina on Friday.
Kosovo finished second in Group C2 in the last edition of the Nations League, six points behind winners Greece, while Romania drop down to the third tier after finishing bottom of Group B3.
Kosovo v Romania has not been selected for TV coverage in the UK.
Kosovo v Romania kicks off at at 19:45 BST on Friday 6th September and the match will be played at the Fadil Vokrri Stadium in Pristina.
Kosovo have won just one of their last five matches and they have lost their last two outings without scoring, going down 2-0 to Hungary and 3-0 to Norway in friendlies in March and June respectively.
Romania have picked up just one win in their last eight matches and their most recent outing was a 3-0 defeat against Netherlands in the last 16 of Euro 2024.
These two countries have played each other only twice before with both matches coming in qualifying for the Euros last year, when they were both in Group I.
Kosovo picked up a 0-0 draw at home, while Romania, who finished top of the section to qualify for Germany, won 2-0 at home.

Ipswich Town goalkeeper Arijanet Muric is set to start in goal for the home side, while Napoli defender Amir Rrahmani is expected to skipper the side.
Lille midfielder Edon Zhegrova and LASK's Valon Berisha should both start in the engine room, with Mallorca forward Vedat Muriqi is likely to lead the line.
Tottenham defender Radu Dragusin should line up for the visitors, who have also named Parma midfielder Dennis Man, Rangers' Ianis Hagi and Trabzonspor forward Denis Dragus in their squad.
