Inter and Napoli are the last two teams to win the Scudetto and they are the two sides that have risen to the top of the table after 11 games of this new campaign.

New Napoli boss Antonio Conte has got his team well drilled and defensively sound, two traits that are synonymous with his sides.

The current league leaders have conceded just eight times in 11 league games and three of those came in their shock defeat to Atalanta last time out.

The absence of European football looks set to be a big bonus for the away team this season as they have had a full week to bounce back from that disappointing result while Inter faced a tough midweek clash against Arsenal, in which they prevailed 1-0 in a dogged performance.

The 27-year-old has already netted his first goal for the club and only star man Khvicha Kvaratskhellia has taken more shots than McTominay’s 16 for Napoli.

Five of those have ended up on target and with the rangy Scot a big danger from set pieces, he looks a value selection to get another shot on target in this match.

Benjamin Pavard to be shown a card - 12/5

Napoli have lost some of the stars who led them to Serie A glory two seasons ago, most notably Victor Osimhen, but they have managed to retain the talents of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Their winger is top scorer for Antonio Conte’s team this season, netting five times already in the league, and will be their primary threat in this game.

Lining up opposite the 23-year-old is likely to be Inter’s Benjamin Pavard, who could have a tough time containing the speedster.

The French full back has already been booked three times in seven Serie A starts this term and against such a dangerous opponent, looks a real candidate to be shown another.
