Fulham v Tottenham: Predictions, Tips and Odds

Tottenham’s trip across London to Craven Cottage headlines a truncated Premier League schedule this Saturday as both Fulham and Spurs look to extend a relatively promising run of form.

The visitors are still firmly in the hunt for a top-four berth and will climb above Aston Villa should they claim all three points on Saturday, while Fulham are in with a shot of a top-half finish this term.

Fulham v Tottenham betting tips and predictions

Tottenham Hotspur to win - 21/20

Spurs produced a fantastic display to thrash Aston Villa 4-0 at Villa Park last weekend and they can follow that up with another crucial away win as they look to leapfrog the Villans into fourth.

Ange Postecoglou’s side are just two points adrift of Villa, who are in action on Sunday in this weekend’s trimmed-down Premier League schedule.

They have won six of their last ten Premier League assignments and will be buoyed by a fantastic recent record against Fulham, with Tottenham unbeaten in 11 meetings with the Cottagers and winning nine of those.

The last time Spurs lost at Craven Cottage was in a 2011 FA Cup tie and Fulham, despite some good results of late, have still lost two of their last four matches and two of their last five at home.

With Spurs on a charge for Champions League qualification, back Postecoglou’s men to claim another three points at the happy hunting grounds of Craven Cottage.

Heung-Min Son to score anytime - 13/10

Heung-Min Son scored and assisted in Tottenham’s 2-0 win over Fulham in the reverse fixture in October and the Tottenham talisman can strike again in West London on Saturday.

The South Korea international was instrumental in their thrashing of Aston Villa last weekend, scoring once and assisted twice to make it two goals and three assists from his last four appearances.

The Spurs captain has now had a hand in 16 goals in his last 17 appearances for club and country and eight of his 14 Premier League goals this season have come away from home, with the 31-year-old averaging a goal every 116 minutes away from home in the Premier League.

Only Erling Haaland, Ollie Watkins, Dominic Solanke and Mo Salah have scored more Premier League goals this season than Son and only Watkins has struck more away from home, so back him to add to his tally on Saturday evening.

Over 2.5 goals and both teams to score - 8/11

Goals have been the order of the day in the Ange Postecoglou era so far and we can expect another entertaining affair on Saturday.

Spurs have seen 98 goals scored across their 27 top-flight fixtures this season and 50 of those have come away from home, with the visitors away days averaging 3.85 goals-per-game so far.

They have scored 30 times in these 13 trips away and conceded 20, so a clean sheet could prove beyond them against a Fulham side that have looked reliable in front of goal recently.

The Cottagers have scored in each of their last six Premier League fixtures, but have only one clean sheet during this period, with all six of those games also producing at least three goals.

Nine of Fulham’s 14 home league games this season have breached the 2.5 goal line and each of Tottenham’s last ten top-flight matches have hit three goals or more, so a high-scoring game in which both sides hit the net is highly likely at Craven Cottage.
