Two sides flying high in the upper reaches of the Premier League meet at Craven Cottage on Sunday when Fulham play host to Bournemouth.
The Cottagers currently sit eighth in the standings following an unbeaten run that was extended to six matches thanks to their Boxing Day comeback success at Chelsea.
Bournemouth are a point and two places better off than their opponents in sixth and have also gone six games without defeat, winning four of those, including three away successes on the bounce at Wolves, Ipswich Town and most eye-catchingly Manchester United.
With both teams seemingly mounting serious challenges for European qualification, they could serve up a festive cracker in west London on Sunday.
Bournemouth Draw No Bet - 11/10
When these two sides were promoted to the Premier League together in 2022 not many people would have expected that, two-and-a-half years later, they would both be serious European contenders.
However, that is exactly what they have developed into under their respective managers - Marco Silva at Fulham and Andoni Iraola at Bournemouth - with both teams heading into this game in impressive form.
Fulham will be buoyed by their late comeback against Chelsea, when goals from substitutes Harry Wilson and Rodrigo Muniz sealed not only a 2-1 success, but a first win at Stamford Bridge since 1979.
That was a memorable victory, but they were trailing heading into the final eight minutes and came into the game off the back of a disappointing home draw with rock-bottom Southampton.
The Cottagers have actually won just one of their last four home games, a run that includes that stalemate with the Saints and a 4-1 defeat against a then struggling Wolves.
That could open the door for Bournemouth to pick up all three points on Sunday, with the Cherries going in search of a fourth successive away win.
Bournemouth have not just been winning on the road, but doing so in some style, as they have scored a combined nine goals on the way to triumphing at Wolves, Ipswich and United, claiming a 3-0 success against the latter at Old Trafford just before Christmas.
Iraola's side were held to a goalless home draw against a spirited Crystal Palace side on Boxing Day, but they were the better team for the majority of that contest and will get chances on the counter attack in this game.
Fulham are likely to be more expansive than the Eagles were, especially on home turf at Craven Cottage.
This is a match Bournemouth can win, but given that both sides are in impressive form, siding with the Cherries in the draw no bet market could be the safer play.
Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals - 10/11
With both teams in form and believing they can win this game, Sunday's clash in west London should be an open and potentially high-scoring contest.
Both teams have scored in 14 of Fulham's last 17 league games, while the only time the Cottagers have themselves failed to net during that run was against Southampton in their most recent home fixture, but even then they dominated the shot count.
Bournemouth drew a blank against Palace, but on the road the goals have been flying in, with the Cherries netting in five away fixtures on the spin, although Man Utd are the only home team that have failed to score against Iraola's men this season.
Over 2.5 goals in the match with both teams scoring has been a winning bet in three of the last four meetings between these two sides, including last season's corresponding fixture which Fulham won 3-1.
That result may not repeat itself on Sunday, but a match featuring at least three goals with both teams contributing certainly appeals.
Antoine Semenyo over 3.5 shots - 5/4
Antoine Semenyo has been a key figure for Bournemouth this season, contributing five goals, the most recent of which came in the win at Old Trafford.
Only Justin Kluivert has more goals in a Cherries shirt this term - and he is the team's chief penalty taker - but Semenyo's total could arguably be a lot higher given the amount of shots he has.
Only Manchester City's Erling Haaland (73) has had more shots in this season's Premier League than Semenyo, whose 72 attempts have come across 17 appearances at an average of 4.2 per game.
In each of his last four outings and in seven of his previous eight, Semenyo has had a minimum of four shots and he can repeat that trick again on Sunday.
