Chelsea Women are chasing a first UEFA Women's Champions League title this season and their group-stage campaign continues on Thursday with a trip to FC Twente Women.
Chelsea to win 3-0 - 5/1
FC Twente Women have won the Dutch title in three of the past four seasons and they made a successful start to this term's UEFA Women's Champions League Group B campaign.
A brace from Netherlands international Kayleigh van Dooren gave Twente a 2-0 victory over Celtic in Glasgow but they are 20/1 to shock Chelsea Women on matchday two.
The Blues set a high standard, having sealed their fifth consecutive Women's Super League title in England last season.
Legendary manager Emma Hayes left Chelsea to take charge of the USA Women but the Londoners have shown few signs of vulnerability under new boss Sonia Bompastor.
They beat Aston Villa 1-0 and Crystal Palace 7-0 in the first two matches of their WSL title defence before a 3-2 home victory over Real Madrid in their opening UEFA Women's Champions League fixture.
Chelsea raced into a 2-0 lead inside 16 minutes of Saturday's league trip to Arsenal, holding out for a 2-1 victory at the Emirates Stadium, and they should be comfortable winners in the Netherlands.
It is rarely wise to read too much into pre-season results but Chelsea thumped Dutch side Feyenoord 9-0 in a September friendly and a 3-0 away win on Thursday is worth a bet in the correct-score market.
Guro Reiten to score at any time - 13/8
Norway international Guro Reiten has been a consistent goalscorer for Chelsea since arriving from Lillestrom in 2019 and she has made an excellent start to the 2024/25 season.
Reiten notched 23 goals in 48 WSL starts over the past three full seasons and she is up and running for the new campaign, bagging a brace in the 7-0 rout of Palace.
She is averaging two shots per game in the league this term, behind only Lauren James and Aggie Beever-Jones in that department for Chelsea.
And the 30-year-old, who converted a 27th-minute penalty in the UEFA Women's Champions League win against Real, looks a tempting price to find the net against Twente.
Chelsea to win both halves - 6/5
Unlike Chelsea, FC Twente have made a stuttering start to their title defence in the Netherlands, winning only one of their first three matches.
That leaves them just one point ahead of Feyenoord, the team who were hammered 9-0 by Chelsea in a friendly last month, and they have been held to draws in both home matches this term.
Last weekend, Twente needed an 80th-minute equaliser against Excelsior, who finished the game with only nine players, and that result does not bode well for their clash with one of the powerhouses of European football.
Chelsea Women have never won the UEFA Women's Champions League, finishing as runners-up to Barcelona in 2020/21, but they remain the dominant force in the English game.
Celtic missed a couple of good chances to equalise when Twente were 1-0 up on matchday one and Chelsea are likely to be far more ruthless so the visitors are an appealing price to win both halves.
