Leeds United chairman Paraag Marathe has confirmed Daniel Farke will lead the club in the Premier League following their promotion from the Championship.
Following confirmation of Leeds' promotion from the Championship, reports suggested the club may look to replace Daniel Farke in the managerial dugout.
The Whites' chairman Marathe has now poured cold water over these reports, telling BBC Radio Leeds:
I have ended the speculation. He is my man.
German Farke was appointed Leeds manager in July 2023 following the club's relegation from the Premier League.
Previously achieving promotion from the Championship twice with Norwich City as league winners in 2019 and 2021, Farke led Leeds to the Championship play-off final in his maiden season in charge at Elland Road before succumbing to Southampton.
Farke and Leeds were able to put this play-offs agony behind them in the 2024/25 campaign, pipping Burnley to the Championship title with a dramatic victory away at Plymouth on the final day of the season.
This victory over Plymouth saw Leeds reach the 100-point mark in the Championship and join an exclusive group of clubs to achieve centurion status in the EFL.
Despite now being a three-time Championship winner, Farke has previously struggled in the Premier League having been relegated with Norwich City in 2019/20 and sacked by the Canaries with the club in the relegation zone in 2021/22.
This lack of Premier League pedigree means Farke has his sceptics ahead of Leeds' return to England's top flight, but for now he appears to have the backing of the club's hierarchy.
The 2025/26 campaign will see Leeds compete in the Premier League for the first time in three years with the Whites relegated under Sam Allardyce in June 2023.
The Yorkshire outfit will be joined by Championship runners-up Burnley and the to be determined play-off winners as next year's newly-promoted Premier League clubs.
