The Czech Republic and Georgia will both be aiming to secure promotion when one of the tightest UEFA Nations League groups concludes on Tuesday night.
The Czechs currently top League B Group 1 - one point clear of Georgia in second and Albania in third.
Ivan Hasek’s side extended their unbeaten run to four games with a 0-0 stalemate in Albania on Saturday to stay out in front.
The Crusaders were held to a 1-1 home draw by Ukraine that night, extending their winless streak to three matches.
But Georgia beat the Czechs 4-1 when they met in Tbilisi in September and should be back to full strength with the return of defender Lasha Dvali from suspension.
The hosts, meanwhile, will have to do without striker Tomas Chory and midfielder Tomas Soucek, who incurred one-match bans after being cautioned in Tirana.
Georgia Draw No Bet - 2/1
The Czech Republic will miss injured defensive trio Ladislav Krejci, Martin Vitik and David Zima again and that could tip the balance in the visitors’ favour.
Although Hasek’s three-man backline of Jan Boril, Vaclav Jemelka and Tomas Holes restricted Albania to few clear sights of their goal on Saturday, the Red and Blacks lack Georgia's creativity in attack.
Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is Georgia’s biggest star, while fellow attacker Giorgi Chakvetadze has been one of Watford’s players of the season so far.
Willy Sagnol also looks likely to recall Lyon striker Georges Mikautadze, the joint-top scorer at Euro 2024, who started on the bench against Ukraine.
The hosts’ midfield and forward line, which looks set to be led by Jan Kuchta, looks a bit light on firepower by comparison.
Sagnol’s side also have one of the world’s best goalkeepers in Giorgi Mamardashvili, plus an elite mentality running through the group that has seen them come through must-win games in the recent past.
The Crusaders overcame Greece on penalties to qualify for Euro 2024 and then stunned Portugal 2-0 in their final group game to reach the knockout stages.
Georgia’s record away from home in this competition is also very good with last month’s 1-0 loss to Ukraine the only defeat they have suffered in 11 trips.
Sagnol’s team have won four of their last five road games in the UEFA Nations League and are a tempting price to get the result they need in Olomouc on Tuesday.
But, because the Czech Republic do not need to win, it may be better to back the visitors in the Draw No Bet market.
If Albania fail to beat Ukraine, the Czechs would be promoted to League A with a draw against Georgia, so they may shut up shop if the other game in the group is going their way.
Over 2.5 total goals - Evens
Although Hasek’s team could not score against Albania on Saturday, they did rattle the crossbar twice with efforts that appeared to have the goalkeeper beaten.
One was from a corner and the Czechs may be able to cause some danger from set pieces again on Tuesday.
At least three goals have been scored in six of their last seven home games while five of Georgia’s last seven away matches have also seen over 2.5 goals land.
Georges Mikautadze anytime goalscorer - 15/4
Mikautadze scored his second goal of this UEFA Nations League campaign and the 15th of his international career in Georgia’s 1-1 draw with Ukraine on Saturday.
The Lyon striker has not been quite as prolific at club level this season, but he seems to go up a notch when he pulls on the national team shirt.
Mikautadze has marked six of his last 10 Georgia appearances with a goal, including both games against the Czech Republic this year.
