Celtic duo Daizen Maeda and Callum McGregor have been nominated for the Scottish Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year award along with Simon Murray of Dundee and Hibernian's Nectar Triantis.
Japan international Maeda has already been named PFA Scotland Player of the Year, with the tireless forward having struck 16 Scottish Premiership goals for the champions so far this season.
27-year-old Maeda has been joined on the SFWA shortlist by Celtic teammate Callum McGregor, with the Hoops' skipper an influential force in the engine room for the Parkhead giants.
The four-player shortlist also includes Dundee's Simon Murray - who is currently level with Maeda on top of the Scottish Premiership's goal standings with 16 to his name - and classy Hibernian central midfielder Nectar Triantis.
33-year-old Murray's goals for Tony Docherty's Dundee have prompted suggestions the striker should be called up to Steve Clarke's Scotland squad ahead of friendlies against Iceland and Liechtenstein next month.
Sunderland loanee Triantis has been one of Hibs' most important players this term, with the Leith side primed for a superb third-placed finish in the Scottish Premiership in manager David Gray's maiden campaign in charge.
PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year Lennon Miller has also received a nomination for the equivalent award organised by the SFWA, with the Motherwell midfielder set to go up against fellow Scottish youngsters James Wilson, David Watson and Bobby Wales.
As for the SFWA Manager of the Year, Celtic's Brendan Rodgers, Falkirk's John McGlynn, Aberdeen's Jimmy Thelin and David Gray of Hibs have all been nominated.
The SFWA ceremony is scheduled to take place on Sunday 18th May 2025 following the culmination of the 2024/25 Scottish Premiership campaign.
