Bromley v Altrincham: How to watch, TV channel, kick-off time, head-to-head stats and team news

Due to complications with Gateshead’s ground, Altrincham received a bye into the National League play-off semi-finals, where they must take on Bromley, who finished third, one place higher than the Robins.

The winner will set up a date at Wembley where they will battle either Barnet or Solihull Moors for a place in the EFL.

This National League play-off semi-final will kick-off at 16:00 on Sunday 28th April at Hayes Lane in Greater London.

Bromley v Altrincham stats and head-to-head record (H2H)

Bromley spurned a shot at finishing second by ending the regular season with just four wins from their last 10 National League games, but they will still come into this fixture high on confidence given their excellent record against Altrincham.

The Ravens are unbeaten in their last nine meetings with the Robins, last tasting defeat in this fixture in 2015, and they have won five of those meetings, including two of the last three.

Altrincham ended the campaign strongly, losing just one of their final nine games and winning seven times in that run, but they failed to capitalise on a 57th-minute red card on their last visit to Bromley, only managing a 2-2 draw on that occasion, suggesting these opponents may have their number.

Bromley v Altrincham team news

Bromley team news

Andy Woodman fielded a heavily rotated side for Bromley’s final-day defeat at Gateshead, with the Ravens manager clearly focused on the play-offs.

Top scorer Michael Cheek was one of those rested on the final day and the talismanic striker should return to the starting lineup along with Ashley Charles and Corey Whitely among others.

Altrincham team news

Altrincham did not have the luxury of being able to rotate so heavily but luckily Phil Parkinson’s side came through their final-day win over already-relegated Oxford City unscathed.

Star men, 23-goal Chris Conn-Clarke and former Colchester winger Alex Newby, are likely to provide the impetus for the Robins at Hayes Lane as they look to snap their winless run against Bromley at the best possible time.
