Leicester are facing mounting off-field trouble but they remain well-placed in the Championship promotion race and can register a vital victory over mid-table Bristol City at Ashton Gate.

Enzo Maresca’s side have collected just four points from their last five games and have relinquished top spot to Leeds, who reached the summit with a 2-0 victory at home to Millwall just before the international break.

A response is needed from the Foxes and they are set to be boosted by the return of some key players, with Ricardo Pereira, Wilfred Ndidi and Jamie Vardy expected to be fit enough to start.

The 25-year-old’s performances dipped in recent weeks as the balance of Leicester’s team was upset by the absences of Pereira and Ndidi.

But Pereira and Ndidi are ready to return against City and their involvement could stimulate a return to form for Dewsbury-Hall, who looks a solid 6/5 shot to deliver either a goal or an assist.

There have been times this season that sections of Leicester fans have criticised the head coach, Maresca, for a perceived cautious style of play.
