The first legs of the UEFA Champions League play-offs take centre stage in midweek and Norwegian champions Bodo/Glimt will be hoping that they can make home advantage count when they take on Crvena zvezda.
The Yellow Horde overcame Latvian outfit RFS 7-1 on aggregate in the previous round and have been dominant in the Eliteserien so far in 2024, with the hosts leading the division by five points.
Serbian champions Crvena zvezda have started their league defence in blistering form with four wins and a draw from their opening five games and enter the competition at the play-off stage.
Bodo/Glimt v Crvena zvezda is available to watch live in the UK and will be broadcast on TNT Sports 1 and Discovery+
Bodo/Glimt v Crvena zvezda will take place at the Aspmyra Stadion in Bodo, Norway on Tuesday 20th August, with kick-off due for 20:00 BST.
This is the first ever meeting between the two sides and both sides have had differing fortunes when playing on the continental stage.
Bodo/Glimt have never made it to the group stages of the UEFA Champions League, with their best ever performance coming in the 2020/21 UEFA Conference League where they fell to Roma at the quarter-final stage.
Crvena zvezda boast a far superior European record, having lifted the European Cup in 1991 after a penalty shootout victory over a Marseille side that featured the likes of Jean-Pierre Papin and Chris Waddle, while they also reached the group stages of the UEFA Champions League last season.

Brice Wembangomo, Nino Zugelj, Syver Skeide, Omar Elabdellaoui and Gaute Vetti are all on the sidelines for Bodo/Glimt, however the likes of Kasper Hogn and Ulrik Saltnes - who have both scored twice across the Yellow Horde’s qualification campaign - are both fit and are expected to feature.
There are no fresh injury concerns for Crvena zvezda and so the likes of Guelor Kanga, who registered 17 goal contributions in the Serbian Superliga last season - and Slovenia international Timi Max Elsnik should both be involved.
