Two sides in the Championship promotion picture meet at Ewood Park on Saturday, when Blackburn Rovers take on Sheffield United.
The Blades are looking for an instant return to the Premier League and find themselves fourth in the table, two places and three points better off than their hosts.
Blackburn to win - 9/5
Blackburn will be happy to see the back of October, a month in which they recorded just one win from five attempts and they will be hoping to start November on a positive note with victory over a promotion rival.
Of Rovers' five games in October, all three defeats came on their travels, while the two home assignments produced a 1-0 victory over Swansea City and a 0-0 draw against West Brom.
Ewood Park has become a fortress for Blackburn and they haven't lost at home in the league this season, racking up five wins and a draw, while they have kept clean sheets in their last four contests in Lancashire.
Head coach John Eustace has been getting a tune out of his team in front of their own fans and they can use that hostile atmosphere to get one over on a United side who have struggled on the road.
The Blades have lost their last two fixtures on the road, going down to Leeds United and Middlesbrough, while they have failed to hit the back of the net in their last three away contests.
Blackburn are a stronger unit on home turf and they can pick up a win that would see them move level on points with United.
Andreas Weimann to have over 0.5 shots on target - 1/1
Neither side are in terrific scoring form heading into this contest, with Blackburn being blanked in their last two outings and the Blades failing to score in their last three away assignments.
However, that doesn't mean these sides are not creating chances and there will be plenty of attacking threat on show for both teams, with home favourite Andreas Weimann capable of getting at least one shot on target.
A summer arrival, the Austria international has scored two goals from 12 Championship appearances, though just five of those have been starts as he continues to bed into the squad.
Weimann is averaging 1.2 shots on target per game in the league this term and he looks a solid option to maintain that ratio.
Vinicius Souza to be booked - 3/1
Rovers and United haven't been afraid to get stuck in this season, with the pair receiving 32 and 31 yellows respectively and Blades midfielder Vinicius Souza has been in the thick of the action more than others.
The 25-year-old Brazilian has already served a one-match suspension for picking up five cautions and he returned from that ban in normal fashion by getting booked against Stoke City last time out.
Souza has been cautioned in each of his last two matches and with the tackles expected to be flying in at Ewood Park, it would be no surprise to see him fall foul of the referee again.
