After failing to impress at Euro 2024, Belgium go up against newly promoted Israel in their opening Group A2 clash in the Nations League.
Belgium v Israel has not been selected for TV coverage in the UK.
This Nations League clash will take place behind closed doors at the Nagyerdei Stadion in Debrecen, Hungary on Friday 6th September, with a kick-off time of 19:45 BST.
Belgium's recent record is not great as Domenico Tedesco's side have won just two of their last five matches, although they have only lost two of their last 19 games, winning 11 of those, with some frustrating draws hampering their progress.
Israel have not played since June, when they beat Belarus 4-0 in a friendly, while they have played only three times in total this year, with their other two outings resulting in heavy defeats to Iceland and Hungary.
In the last edition of the Nations League, Israel finished top of Group B2, ahead of Iceland and Albania to secure promotion, while Belgium were second in Group A4, six points behind winners Netherlands.
The two countries have faced each other a total of seven times down the years, with Belgium winning six of the meetings, including the most recent, a 3-1 victory in Euro 2016 qualifying in October 2015. Israel's only success against the Belgians was in a 1978 friendly when they won 1-0.
