It was a completely different story when Bayer Leverkusen locked horns with Bayern Munich this time last year.

Both of these sides have lost just once in the Bundesliga this season but Bayern Munich have been both more ruthless going forward and tighter at the back.

They have also allowed 10.3 shots per game in the league this season compared to 8.6 last term and Bayern should have ample opportunity to find the net.

The Englishman has been far and away the best forward in the Bundesliga once again this term, netting 21 times in 19 matches and he is averaging a goal every 73 minutes in the German top flight.

He can sometimes go missing in big games but his confidence should be high after he scored at Celtic in the Champions League on Wednesday and he can edge closer to his first major trophy by scoring in a potential victory for Bayern Munich.
