It was not the most convincing performance, but Arsenal got the job done in Wednesday's north London derby, beating rivals Tottenham 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium.
The result narrowed the gap on Premier League table-toppers Liverpool and the Gunners are back at their home venue on Saturday, when they take on Aston Villa, coached by former Arsenal boss Unai Emery.
Emery continues to make Villa competitive and they are level on 35 points with Manchester City heading into this weekend's fixtures.
They have typically struggled away from Villa Park this season but can draw confidence from a midweek win of their own as they ran out 1-0 winners away to Everton on Wednesday.
Arsenal to win by exactly one goal - 13/5
In many ways it was a laboured win for Arsenal on Wednesday as they recovered from a goal down to edge past their north London rivals.
An own goal from Dominic Solanke and a Leandro Trossard strike got them over the line, although they nearly slipped to a draw when Pedro Porro rattled the post late on.
A win is a win and there was a collective sigh of relief around the Emirates Stadium at full-time on Wednesday, but performances have been lacking and they are unlikely to blow Villa away.
The ongoing absence of Bukayo Saka has blunted the Gunners, who are also not helped by an ACL injury sustained by Gabriel Jesus, limiting their options in attack.
But they remain arguably the best team from set-pieces in the division and they have tightened up at the back, having not conceded more than one goal in a Premier League fixture since the end of November.
The visitors pose a threat, but Arsenal should get the three points and they are worth backing to win by a solitary goal once again.
Gabriel Martinelli to score at anytime - 12/5
Raheem Sterling proved ineffectual in the north London derby last time out and Mikel Arteta may switch things up a bit for the visit of the Villans.
Gabriel Martinelli could come into the Arsenal attack instead and he is a value pick to score at anytime at 12/5.
The Brazilian is not setting the Premier League alight this season, but he is finding his feet again in an Arsenal shirt and has scored five top-flight goals this term, so back him to add to that tally.
Morgan Rogers to be booked - 11/4
With Emery up against his old club and the stakes high for both teams at the moment, it could get tense at the Emirates on Saturday.
And one player worth backing to go into the book is Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers.
The visitors could face lengthy spells without the ball against Arsenal and Rogers can get frustrated, having committed 27 league fouls this term - more than any other Villa player.
He has also been shown five yellow cards in the league and, at 11/4, he is worth a bet to be cautioned on Saturday.
