The new Premier League season is fast approaching and all 20 clubs are scouring the market looking to enhance their squads for the upcoming campaign.
We've witnessed a number of high-profile transfers already in England's top-flight with Morgan Rogers, Elliot Anderson and Sandro Tonali all moving for lavish nine-figure fees.
While clubs have until the transfer deadline on Tuesday 1st September to get deals done, most will be hoping to integrate their new signings before all of the action commences, starting with Premier League champions Arsenal hosting newly-promoted Coventry City on Friday 21st August.
Without further ado, we take a look at five deals that could be finalised in the next fortnight.
Bruno Guimarães to Arsenal
Arsenal's long-standing interest in Bruno Guimarães may come to a head in the coming days as the Gunners look to prise the Brazilian from St James' Park.
The Premier League champions had an initial £70million bid rejected for the Magpies captain, who has two years left on his current contract and is valued at £80m by the Tyneside club.
Newcastle are under no pressure to sell, but there's a sense of inevitability that Arsenal will eventually meet their asking price - and Mikel Arteta can tick off a player who's been at the top of his wishlist all summer.
Bradley Barcola to Liverpool
Liverpool were never going to splash the cash in the same manner that they did last summer, but there's still an expectation for a marquee signing at Anfield, especially since Mohamed Salah's departure.
Step forth Bradley Barcola and his rumoured desire to leave Paris Saint-Germain after slipping down the pecking order amongst Luis Enrique's luxurious attacking options at the Parc des Princes.
Whilst Barcola is keen on the move, Liverpool are still going to need to cough up in excess of £100m for the France international.
Savinho to Tottenham Hotspur
Manchester City winger Savinho has been linked with a move to Tottenham since last summer, but the transfer may finally come to fruition this month.
The 22-year-old is reportedly keen to join Roberto De Zerbi's project at Spurs, although the two clubs are still quite far apart in their valuation of the player with Man City valuing Savinho at £60m.
The Citizens purchased Savinho from Troyes for £34m in 2024 following a hugely successful loan spell at fellow City Football Group outfit Girona.
Ayyoub Bouaddi to Manchester City
As reports linking Rodri with a switch to Real Madrid persist, Manchester City will be hoping to put the finishing touches to a deal that will acquire his long-term successor.
Prodigious midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi has rose to prominence in recent months following an excellent breakthrough season at Lille and a notable World Cup campaign with Morocco.
Lille president Oliver Letang had slapped a £50m price tag on Bouaddi prior to the World Cup, but his appearances for the Atlas Lions in North America have seen his stock soar and Man City are expected to pay in the region of £85m.
Carlos Baleba to Manchester United
This potential transfer might be touch and go before the summer window concludes.
Manchester United are long-term admirers of Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba, and yet they decided to pass on him last summer and his asking price of £70m is proving a stumbling block on this occasion.
United have already added to their central midfield ranks with the signings of Youri Tielemans and Andrey Santos, but they're keen to add another following Manuel Ugarte's knee injury - although the club were initially planning to move on the Uruguay international.
The Red Devils have other options that might be more attainable than Baleba, including Manu Kone and Tyler Adams, but Baleba remains the priority target.
