The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) still have three remaining spots in the tournament, with qualifying to conclude on 30th March 2025 to complete the final line-up of 16 teams.
The 16 participating teams will be drawn into four groups of four, with the top two in each group qualifying for the knockout phase.
Quarter-finals, semi-finals, a third place play-off and a final will then take place.
The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup was previously known as the Beach Soccer World Championships, which took place on an annual basis between 1995 and 2004.
FIFA then decided to take control, with the new FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup beginning in 2005 and also taking place annually until 2009, with the competition now held biennially.
In the 22 editions to date, a total of four nations have been crowned world champions - Brazil, Portugal, Russia and France.
