As an extremely technically accomplished footballer who wants to get on the ball as often as possible, Kadioglu should have no problem fitting in with Brighton's possession-oriented style of play.
Capable of filling in at right-back or left-back, Kadioglu could be asked to act as a deep-lying playmaker from a full-back position for Brighton akin to Trent Alexander-Arnold at Liverpool or previously Joao Cancelo at Manchester City.
At 24, Kadioglu still has the capacity to continue improving and develop into a top player for many years to come at the Amex Stadium.
