We've put together a list of the fastest winning times in the history of the Grand National at Aintree Racecourse.
Marcus Armytage's victory on board Mr Frisk remains the record for the fastest time to win the Grand National, with the 1990 winner completing the race in just eight minutes and 47 seconds.
The only other horse to win the race in under nine minutes was the great Many Clouds in 2015, with Leighton Aspell securing back-to-back Grand National wins with a time of eight minutes and 56 seconds.
Mr Frisk's record Grand National winning time eclipsed Red Rum's time of nine minutes and one second, which was set 17 years earlier in the famous 1973 race.
Tiger Roll famously secured back-to-back wins in 2019 and he completed that race 39 seconds quicker than when he won the 2018 Grand National.
The slowest time recorded was in the first Grand National way back in 1839 when Lottery passed the finishing line first with a time of 14 minutes and 53 seconds.
