The United States Grand Prix was introduced to the Formula One World Championship in 1959, a year in which Bruce McLaren would come out on top in the race.

Lewis Hamilton leads the way as the most successful driver at this event with six victories. From 2014 to 2017 he won the United States Grand Prix in four consecutive campaigns.

Charles Leclerc was the winner of the most recent race at the Circuit of the Americas in 2024, followed by Max Verstappen in second place.
