View the latest odds for the 2025 Formula 1 World Drivers' Championship with Lando Norris favourite ahead of Max Verstappen.
(Odds will display when market is available)
Max Verstappen etched his name into the record books by securing a fourth consecutive title in 2024, though it was far from straightforward in comparison to his previous successes.
The Dutchman found himself in the unique situation of battling to preserve his championship lead as Red Bull's RB20 package was usurped by rivals McLaren and Ferrari.
Having taken the chequered flag in five of the opening seven races, Verstappen only won two of the final 14 Grand Prix, though he still finished 63 points clear of his nearest challenger, Lando Norris.
McLaren's steep upward trajectory had thrust Norris into title contention and though he was unable to sustain a charge for the drivers' title, both the Briton and his teammate Oscar Piastri combined for enough points to land the team a first constructors' championship since 1998.
The pair will have their sights set on individual success in 2025, although Ferrari appear set to provide a stern challenge at the top of the standings with their new partnership of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc.
Finishing 14 points adrift of McLaren in the constructors' standings, Ferrari's magnificent form over the final third of the campaign will be of great encouragement to Hamilton, who is seeking a record-breaking eighth title.
Mercedes' new number one driver George Russell will be hopeful the Silver Arrows can provide him with a car capable of fighting for the championship and the Brit has talented rookie Kimi Antonelli for company.
