Formula 1: Belgian Grand Prix previous winners

The Belgian Grand Prix is one of the highlights of the Formula 1 calendar and we've compiled a list of the previous winners since the inaugural race in 1950.

Since 1950, the Belgian Grand Prix has predominantly been held at Spa-Francorchamps, whilst another 10 races were staged at Zolder and a further two races at Nivelles.

Renowned for its inclement weather, Spa-Francorchamps is a notoriously dangerous circuit which is the ultimate test of driver and machine, so it should be of little surprise to see that the three most successful drivers at the circuit are arguably the greatest to have graced the sport.

Michael Schumacher claimed six victories in Belgium and he is trailed by Ayrton Senna and Lewis Hamilton, who have triumphed in the race on five occasions each.

Jim Clark and Kimi Raikkonen are both four-time winners of the Belgian Grand Prix, and the elite list of repeat winners continues with Juan Manuel Fangio, Damon Hill, Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen taking the chequered flag three times apiece.
