Exeter Chiefs and Gloucester Rugby get their Prem Rugby campaigns underway with a West Country derby on Saturday afternoon.
The Chiefs will be looking to continue the scintillating form shown at the back end of last season, which saw them climb the table late on and make the Prem Rugby final - ultimately falling short against Northampton Saints.
Rob Baxter's side have seen some big departures this summer though, which could hamper their progress in the upcoming campaign.
Meanwhile, Gloucester will be aiming to improve on recent seasons, having seen their form and progress grind to a halt under George Skivington, finishing eighth last campaign.
Exeter Chiefs welcome Dafydd Jenkins back into the squad and the Welshman captains the side from second row, partnering Harry Wilson at lock.
Ethan Roots, Kane James and Greg Fisilau make up the back row, whilst Ethan Burger, Jack Yeandle and Josh Iosefa-Scott complete the pack.
Stephan Varney and Harvey Skinner form a familiar half back pair, with Will Butt and Henry Slade just outside as the centre partnership.
Ben Hammersley starts at 15 for the visit of Gloucester, with Immanuel Feyi-Waboso and Olly Woodburn - who makes his 200th Chiefs appearance - on the wings.
For the visitors, new signing Dewi Lake makes his first appearance in Cherry and White, captaining the side in a front row which also features Val Rapava-Ruskin and Afo Fasogbon.
Jack Morgan - another summer signing - also features for the first time, alongside Freddie Thomas and Will Trenholm in the back row, whole Jean Kleyn and Arthur Clark are the lock pairing.
Caolan Englefield starts at nine, alongside Charlie Atkinson at half back, with Seb Atkinson and Phil Cokanasiga preferred in the centre of the field.
Ben Redshaw, Will Joseph and Ben Loader complete the backline, in a much improved Gloucester side compared to last season.
