Following on from the captures of Hayden Hackney and Tyrique George, Everton are remaining active in the transfer window with a few positions left to strengthen.
David Moyes' side are supposedly still in the market for two full-backs -- one on each side -- a holding midfielder and a striker.
For now though, it seems that they are shopping for depth on the wings, with Barcelona's Roony Bardghji the latest player linked according to Mundo Deportivo.
The Toffees join an ever-growing list of suitors spread across the Premier League, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Serie A, Eredivisie and Primeira Liga.
According to the Spanish outlet, Bardghji favours a loan move as he doesn't want to permanently cut ties with Barcelona at this stage of his career, which makes sense considering that he is still just 20 years old.
It seems the feeling is mutual too, as Barcelona sources have indicated that any permanent deal would have to involve a buyback clause.
Bardghji's main priority is finding a team that can assure him of a prominent role next season.
The Swede featured 28 times in all competitions for the Catalonian giants, notching two goals and four assists and leading many to believe that he was hard done by when Graham Potter confirmed he'd been omitted from his nation's World Cup squad.
Joan Laporta and Hansi Flick have opted to strengthen out wide with the signings of Anthony Gordon and Karim Adeyemi, and Flick has allegedly sat Bardghji down in pre-season to inform the winger that he isn't in his plans.
They should see a large profit on a player they paid €2.5m for, if they opt to let him leave permanently, especially if interested clubs become embroiled in a bidding war.
Bardghji's potential has been apparent since his Copenhagen days, so there is a chance that one club could end up with a star of the future for a reasonably modest fee.
It is one to keep an eye on though, as it could develop quickly with Barca wanting a deal done before they travel to England on Monday 27th July to face Birmingham City.
