In a few months, domestic football will take a back seat to the Euros and players have a small window to try and impress their national team managers as they try to secure their place at the tournament in Germany.
In the recent international break Georgia, Ukraine, and Poland booked their spots and plenty of players who play their football in the EFL have already helped their respective national teams secure their place in Germany.
We have picked out some of the big names from the EFL that are likely to be playing at this summer's tournament.
Southampton defender Jan Bednarek played his part in Poland's success over Wales in Cardiff, with his side 4/7 to fail to qualify from Group D in the summer.
The 27-year-old started the match at the Cardiff City Stadium and, while he was not on the pitch for the penalty shootout, he played a huge part in their qualification.
Bednarek, who has represented Poland from U16 level to the senior side since 2010, has made 56 appearances for his country and he is one of the first names on the team sheet under manager Michal Probierz.
Another defender makes the shortlist and Leicester's Wout Faes has showcased his quality throughout the campaign for the Foxes.
He has helped the Midlands club compete for the Championship title and it looks like it will be Leicester, Ipswich Town and Leeds United fighting it out for the crown.
Faes has made 34 appearances under manager Enzo Maresca this season and his form has not gone unnoticed by Belgium coach Domenico Tedesco.
The 25-year-old is not guaranteed a spot in the Belgium team due to the competition for places, but he has made 13 appearances since making his debut in 2022.
The only forward to make the shortlist is another Southampton ace, with Adams set to star for Scotland as long as he stays fit this summer.
Adams has only scored five goals for Scotland since making his debut in 2021, but his hard work ethic has got him far under boss Steve Clarke.
The 27-year-old has played a major role in Southampton's promotion push, scoring 10 goals and grabbing three assists in 30 Championship appearances.
Scotland will do well to progress from Group A and they are 11/10 to finish bottom of a group completed by Hungary, Switzerland and Germany, so Clarke will need Adams firing to avoid that fate.
Adams could come up against Hungary midfielder Callum Styles this summer as the two players compete for their national teams in Group A.
Hungary have qualified for the Euros on three consecutive occasions and, while they reached the Round of 16 in 2016, they were eliminated in the group stages four years ago.
Styles started the season in League One with Barnsley, but he joined the Black Cats on loan in February, with a view to making that move permanent.
He will look to add some energy to the Hungary midfield and he has made 19 appearances for his country since winning his first cap in 2022.
Styles' ability to play across midfield will maximise his chances of playing in Germany and, at 24, he could find himself on the big stages for years to come in a Hungary shirt.
