Take a look at every winner of the European Rugby Champions Cup since the inaugural edition in 1995/96.
Toulouse are the most successful club in the history of the Champions Cup with six titles, which includes their triumph in 2023/24 following a thrilling 31-22 victory over Leinster.
They're trailed by Leinster who have four successes to their name, though the Irish side have endured three consecutive final defeats from 2022 to 2024. They suffered yet more heartache in 2026, losing to Bordeaux Bègles 41-19.
There have been three Irish winners with Munster taking the title twice and Ulster reigning supreme in 1999.
Saracens are the most decorated English side in the competition having emerged victorious in three of the four seasons between 2016 and 2019. Other English clubs to win the Champions Cup include Leicester Tigers, London Wasps, Northampton Saints, Bath and most recently, the Exeter Chiefs.
French clubs have amassed the most number of titles of any other nation with Toulon, La Rochelle, Bordeaux Bègles and Brive adding to Toulouse's tally to take it to 14. There's also been six French teams that have reached a final but never triumphed, with Clermont and Racing 92 forced to accept the runner-up spot on three occasions each.
