Like the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Europa League has undergone a makeover which will see 36 teams participate in a newly-formed league phase.
Each team will play eight fixtures and the top eight teams upon conclusion of the league phase will automatically advance to the last 16.
Teams that finish between ninth and 24th will qualify for the knockout play-off round, while the remaining 12 teams will be eliminated from the competition.
Without further ado, here's everything you need to know about the UEFA Europa League draw.
The draw will be held on Friday 30th August.
The UEFA Europa League draw will take place at 12pm BST.
TNT Sports 1 will be broadcasting the draw, while UEFA will also be providing a live stream of proceedings in Monte Carlo via their website.
Pot 1: Manchester United, Roma, FC Porto, Rangers, Eintracht Frankfurt, Lazio, Tottenham.
Pot 2: Real Sociedad, AZ, Braga, Olympiacos, Lyon, POAK, Fenerbahce, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Ferencvaros.
Pot 3: Qarabag, Galatasaray, Viktoria Plzen, Bodo/Glimt, Union Saint-Gilloise, Dynamo Kyiv, Ludogorets Razgrad, Midtjylland, Malmo.
Pot 4: Athletic Bilbao, Hoffenheim, Nice, Anderlecht, Twente, Besiktas, Steaua Bucharest, RFS, Elfsborg.
It's the mark of a new era in the UEFA Europa League with the introduction of a league phase.
Whereas previously, 32 teams were split into eight groups, with the four teams playing each other home and away, this season teams will only play an opponent once, with every club having a unique fixture list.
A team will be drawn from pot 1, with two teams drawn from each pot to give them their eight opponents. Teams will continue to be drawn from pot 1 until none are left, at which point the draw will continue through the pots in descending order until all teams have eight opponents.
Teams cannot face an opponent from the same country and can only play a maximum of two teams from one other nation.
The dates and times of all the fixtures will be confirmed at a later date, with the first round of matches to be played on 25/26 September 2024.
