Everything goes up a gear in the world of Esports this week with the return of the first major League of Legends regional league.

The Dota 2 Pro Circuit Europe also gets back underway, while qualifying for the second Call of Duty League Major of the season is on the agenda.

Monday

Dota 2: Triple header as DPC Europe Western division begins

It is a big week in Dota 2 with a number of Dota Pro Circuit regional leagues kick-starting again and on Monday all the attention will be on division one of the Europe Western region beginning.

The division features eight teams - six from division one from the previous tour and two from division two from the previous tour - and they compete in a single round-robin format with the top four teams set to qualify for the season's Major.

There are some big hitters in the DPC Europe Western division, not least Tundra Esports, who won The International 2022 - the biggest event in Dota 2.

Indeed, the teams which finished second and third at The International last year - Team Secret and Team Liquid - are also involved in the DPC Europe Western, making for a blockbuster competition.

Tuesday

League of Legends: All eyes on LCK Season Kickoff

South Korea's LCK Spring begins later this month but first fans can enjoy the LCK Season Kickoff event on Tuesday.

The rebranded event replaces the previous All-Star events and is a best-of-three showmatch between two teams - one led by talented DWG KIA bot laner Kim "Deft" Hyuk-kyu and one led by iconic T1 mid laner Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok.

The pair are two of the most high-profile names in the Esport and the show match taking place in Seoul is sure to attract plenty of viewers.

Organisers Riot Games confirmed the winners will have the chance to create their own team emotes in-game and both players have already made their team picks with players from the likes of Gen.G Esports, KT Rolster, DRX and Liiv SANDBOX all involved.

Team Faker are marginal favourites to win at 4/7 with Team Deft 5/4 to win.

Wednesday

Dota 2: Games come thick and fast in DPC Europe Western

There is more action in division one of the DPC Europe Western in Dota 2 on Wednesday.

Team Secret play in the first game of the day and are 4/7 to beat OG, who are 5/4 to come out on top.

Into the Breach, meanwhile, are 5/2 to get the better of Entity, who are 2/7 to prevail, while The International's defending champions Tundra Esports can be backed at 2/7 to overcome Nigma Galaxy.

Thursday

Dota 2: More regional action as circuit season kicks off

On Thursday, there is more Dota Pro Circuit action to enjoy, most notably in division one of the North American region.

Thiuth Gaming are 15/2 to beat TSM, who are 1/20 to prevail.

Friday

Call of Duty League: Major Two qualifiers get underway

The first Major of the new Call of Duty League season took place back in December with New York Subliners coming out on top ahead of Seattle Surge and already it is time for the season's second Major.

Major Two will be hosted by Boston Breach and begins on Thursday 2nd February with matches taking place at the MGM Music Hall.

However, the online qualifiers must first take place and these start on Friday with Toronto Ultra 1/4 to beat London Royal Ravens in their opener.

Boston Breach are then 6/4 to beat 1/2 shots Minnesota ROKKR, while Las Vegas Legion are 5/4 to beat Seattle Surge, who are 4/7 to win.

Saturday

League of Legends: Return of China's League of Legends Pro League

League of Legends fans will have to wait until Saturday for the highlight of the week - the start of the LPL Spring.

China's League of Legends Pro League is the first of the major regional divisions to return with its Spring event and it is sure to impress again.

Three LPL sides made it to the quarter-finals of Worlds 2022, including eventual semi-finalists JD Gaming, and it is one of the most eye-catching divisions on the planet.

JD Gaming were also winners in the most recent major regional event in China - the LPL Summer - and they are 6/4 to win the LPL Spring 2023.

Top Esports can be backed at 3/1, while Royal Never Give Up are 4/1 and Edward Gaming are 6/1.

Sunday

League of Legends: More action in the LPL Spring

There is another batch of LPL Spring matches on Sunday.

LGD Gaming are up first and can be backed at 5/2 to beat 2/7 shots Rare Atom, while Oh My God are 12/5 to overcome last year's Mid-Season Invitational winners Royal Never Give Up, who are 3/10 to win.

Ultra Prime are 7/4 to beat Ninjas in Pyjamas, who are 2/5 to come out on top.
