Head coach Brian McDermott is set to make one change from the side that lost to Tonga when they face France in the Rugby League World Cup.
England's heavy defeat to Tonga in their opener leaves them on the brink of elimination, needing massive wins against France and Papua New Guinea to have any chance of making the semi-finals.
While England were good for large spells of the game, they lacked a cutting edge when near the Tongan tryline, with much criticism aimed at halves George Williams and Harry Smith.
Nevertheless, McDermott retains the duo in the halves, with Matty Ashton the only change, coming in for Zach Eckersley.
McDermott resisted the calls to freshen the side up, but insisted he wanted to take a look at Ashton, with the Warrington man coming into the otherwise-unchanged 13.
Reflecting on the defeat, McDermott said he was happy with the overall performance and didn't feel the need for wholesale changes.
England take on France at 07:35 GMT on Sunday.
