Eddie Hall stands at 6ft 2ins tall.
Eddie Hall's accolades are topped by his triumph in the 2017 World Strongest Man, where he edged Icelander Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson to the coveted title.
Hall's 51 points was one better than Björnsson's tally of 50 - securing him the coveted crown at the sixth time of asking.
He had previously featured in the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 events, taking third place in the latter, just a year before he went on to establish himself as the strongest man on the planet.
Hall has also featured in numerous other strongman events worldwide, including Europe's Strongest Man, the ArnoldPro Strongman World Series and Giants Live event.
The Staffordshire-born star is also a six-time UK's Strongest Man victory, and two-time England's Strongest Man champion.
Eddie Hall is also known as 'The Beast', with his moniker representing his giant beast-like frame.
Eddie Hall was born and raised in Newcastle-under-Lyme, on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire.
He still lives in the area to this day, settled with his wife and children in Seabridge, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
In December 2019, Eddie Hall revealed that he has the 'Hercules Gene', which enables him to build vastly more muscle mass than the average human being, which he acknowledges has played a significant role in his strongman success.
Eddie Hall previously held the world record in the conventional deadlift, remarkably lifting 500kg (1,102lbs) in July 2016.
Hall achieved the feat whilst in action at the 2016 World Deadlift Championships, becoming the first man on earth to deadlift 500kg or more.
Whilst his record was subsequently broken by long-term strongman foe Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, who went on to lift 501kg (1,105 lb), Hall's 500kg lift remains a significant milestone.
Whilst Eddie Hall hasn't ventured into professional boxing, his exhibition bout with Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson garnered huge world wide appeal.
The showdown, which was dubbed 'The Heaviest Boxing Match in History' took place in Dubai, with Björnsson, despite being put down by Hall, securing a unanimous points success.
To date, that remains Hall's only exhibition bout.
Eddie Hall made his MMA debut in June 2024, competing in a uniquie 2v1 bout, against social media influencers Jamil and Jamel Neffati.
Hall overcame both opponents to secure victory, before signalling his intentions of turning professional.
he subsequently made his pro debut in April 2025, against former strongman and MMA star Mariusz Pudzianowski, an opponent who had previously fought for the KSW heavyweight title.
Hall, who looked in remarkable shape for the fight, produced a devastating knockout in just 30 seconds.
As of 2025, it's estimated that Eddie Hall possesses a net worth of around £25m, with his primary source of income stemming from his success as a strongman, and subsequent ventures into boxing and MMA.
Hall also holds long-term sponsorship and ambassadorial agreements with many brands, including boohooMan, ARLA and MyProtein, whilst he is also an active social media user, boasting over 3 million followers.
