Confirmed runners and riders for the 2024 Ebor at York

The runners and riders have been confirmed for the 2024 Ebor at York Racecourse on Saturday 24th August.

20 runners will go to post for the famous handicap race on the final day of York's Ebor Festival.

Leading contenders Epic Poet, Magical Zoe and Queenstown have all been declared for the race, with the likes of Harbour Wind, Shadow Dance and Lot Of Joy all absent from the final field.

Aidan O'Brien has not won the Ebor for 23 years and he will fancy his chances with Queenstown, who was just a length behind stablemate Kyprios on his last outing.

Burdett Road was one of the juvenile stars of last season and should go well for Silvestre de Sousa, while Hipop De Loire leads the charge for Willie Mullins, the winning trainer in last year's renewal.
