The lightweight clash takes place on the evening of Saturday 30th September, as part of an exciting night of the latest BOXXER card.
The ringwalk is expected to take place around 10pm UK time, with the fight starting soon after, depending on the undercard fights.
The venue for the Dubois v Rodriguez fight is the iconic York Hall, Bethnall Green in the East End of London.
The leisure complex, which has held many big fights over the years, was built way back in 1929 and has a capacity of 1,200 spectators.
The main fight, as well as the undercard contest between Viddal Riley and Nathan Quarless, will be shown live on Sky Sports Arena.
Riley and Quarless are two of the UK’s top young cruiserweights, who both go into the fight with undefeated records - Riley 9-0 and Quarless 12-0.
The IBO Lightweight belt is up for grabs in what is Dubois’ eighth professional fight, as the Londoner looks to announce herself on the world stage.
Dubois had a 37-3 record as an amateur before turning to the professional ranks in early 2022, having her first professional fight in February that year.
The 22-year-old - a Southpaw - won her first bout against Vaida Masiokaite by a points decision and has since gone on to win her next five fights by TKO.
Dubois’ last fight came in February 2023, when she needed just three rounds to see off Feriche Mashaury at Wembley Arena.
Rodriguez heads into the fight with 32 previous bouts under her belt, winning 22, with six defeats and four draws.
The Mexican is 31 years old - nine years older than her opponent - and has an inch height advantage over Dubois.
Rodriguez has an Orthodox stance, which has helped her to win 22 professional fights, with nine of her victories having come via knockout.
Her wealth of experience is highlighted by the number of professional rounds she has racked up - 180 compared to her opponent's 27.
Young star Dubois, with her home crowd support, is the strong 1/20 favourite to win the fight and add to her growing reputation.
The British fighter - 10/11 to win by KO, TKO or Disqualification - has already revealed her hopes of facing the likes of Katie Taylor in future and this could be a landmark bout for Dubois.
Rodriguez, who made her professional debut in 2009, is the underdog and can be backed at 16/1 to win by Decision or Technical Decision.
