Dillian Whyte faces Ebenezer Tetteh on Saturday night in Gibraltar as the one-time heavyweight contender looks to jumpstart his ailing career.
Whyte has boxed just once since his blockbuster rematch with Anthony Joshua was scuppered due to an adverse finding in a pre-fight doping test, however, the 36-year-old harbours hopes of returning to the top level.
In Tetteh, however, he couldn’t be further from the top level, with Saturday’s ‘fight’ nothing more than a farcical mismatch designed to pad Whyte’s record and keep his name relevant for a heavyweight payday.
