Following the news Declan Rice will captain England on his 50th cap against Belgium, we have priced up the Arsenal midfielder at 9/1 to score at anytime for the Three Lions at Wembley.
With regular England skipper Harry Kane having been forced to pull out of the latest internationals due to an ankle injury, Manchester City defender Kyle Walker captained the Three Lions in their 1-0 defeat to Brazil at Wembley on Saturday night.
However, with Walker himself pulling up with a hamstring problem in the first half of England's meeting with Brazil, the opportunity has now bestowed itself upon Rice to lead his country out on his 50th appearance against Belgium at Wembley.
Originally opting to represent the Republic of Ireland at international level, receiving three senior caps in friendly matches, Rice eventually swapped allegiance to England in February 2019.
Since making his England debut in a Euro 2020 Qualifier against Czechia at Wembley on 22nd March 2019, Rice has grown into a regular for his country under the auspices of Gareth Southgate.
A key figure for England at both the Euro 2020 finals and the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, Rice is now widely regarded as one of the Three Lions' most indispensable players at the heart of the midfield.
The 25-year-old has taken his game to a new level since transferring from West Ham to Arsenal for a club-record fee for the Gunners of £105m last summer, with Mikel Arteta's side still challenging for both the Premier League and Champions League trophies this term.
Captaining his country at Wembley will mark the latest in a growing series of personal milestones for Rice, with the all-action midfielder set to be a vital player for England at this summer's Euros in Germany.
