Odds were correct at the time of writing and are subject to fluctuation.

Saturday night sees Daniel Dubois defend his WBO world heavyweight title in an immediate rematch with British foe Fabio Wardley.

The first encounter saw Dubois dropped twice early on before he found his way into the fight and stopped Wardley in the 11th round.

A bloody and brutal encounter ended with a fight of the year contender which could very well be reproduced this weekend.

Last time around Wardley dropped Dubois in the first 10 seconds and forced him to take a knee in the third round. It was unusual to see Wardley not find a way to finish his opponent in the same manner we have seen him do so many times in the past when he has had them hurt.

He has emphasised though that heading into this rematch, if that same chance presents itself, he’ll make sure Dubois doesn’t hear the final bell.

Going into this rematch most see Wardley’s best route to success to be a fast start fast again but to capitalise on any early success in a more emphatic fashion.

The longer the fight goes on, and the more that Dubois grows into the fight, it will be hard to shift momentum back into Wardley’s favour, as we saw from the first bout.

Dubois goes into this fight as the favorite and he’ll be hoping to avoid any early challenges he had to overcome in the first fight once again.

Given the brutal nature of how heavy handed both men are, and how tough and taxing the first fight was for both fighters, I see there being good value in the fight ending sooner -- 'Under 6.5 Rounds' carries appeal at 11/10.

For me though, a Dubois stoppage 'Between Rounds 7 - 9' is an even more sensible play, especially with that line currently priced up at 10/3.

I can't disagree with the traders here, Dubois has to be the favourite and providing he navigates any early danger, he has all the tools in his locker to put his foot down earlier and take over this contest during those mid-rounds.

When he’s confident and in the ascendency he’s difficult to wrestle back control of the fight from, and as we have seen so many times, he has that pure knockout power that even the toughest of chins can't handle.

For those of you edging towards the underdog though, I've got a shout that could reap some huge rewards... Wardley to win the fight inside the opening three rounds.

Yes, I know I have championed Dubois claims to win the fight, but make no mistake about it, Wardley possesses a real fighting chance here.

He had his opponent down twice during the initial ecahnges six months ago, and a Wardley victory inside the opening three rounds of this contest pays at a huge 14/1.

I also see plenty of reason to back the Ipswich man to win this fight late on too -- he has shown on numerous times in the past that he can land that haymaker and stop his opponents in those championship rounds, when he seemingly has nothing left to give.

He’s the epitome of a fighter who will go out on his shield. Wardley stopped Justis Huni and Joseph Parker in the 10th & 11th rounds of those fights, showing his power carries through late into these contests.

It’s an outside shout, and more of an adventurous one, but Wardley 'Between Rounds 10 -12' at 28/1 is one which could be fun to have in play.
