Daniel Dubois and Anthony Joshua are set to hit the scales on Friday ahead of their blockbuster IBF world title showdown at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night.
This will be the final time that the pair come face to face ahead of their all-British showdown and will provide an early indicator as to their condition.
Joshua is the odds-on favourite to dethrone the current IBF strap-holder, Dubois, who is set to make the first defence of the title after being upgraded from 'interim' champion to 'full' champion earlier this year.
Dubois' success over Filip Hrgovic earned him 'interim' status, meaning that Oleksandr Usyk's decision to relinquish the title following his undisputed success over Tyson Fury saw the belt handed over to the Londoner.
Will he defy the odds and retain his crown, or will the heavyweight division welcome its latest three-time ruler?
Before we find out, here's everything you need to know ahead of the all-important weigh-in.
The weigh-in for Daniel Dubois v Anthony Joshua is set to take place on Friday 20th September at around 18:30 (BST), with weigh-ins for the undercard commencing from 18:00 (BST).
The official pre-fight weigh-in will be staged at Trafalgar Square in London.
The historic outdoor venue is just 10 miles away from Wembley Stadium, which will fall under the spotlight come Saturday night.
Sky Sports News and Sky Sports Main Event will be broadcasting the weigh-in in full from 18:00 (BST) on Friday evening.
Weigh-ins are due to take place for all six of Saturday's scheduled bouts with Dubois and Joshua expected to be the final two fighters weighing in around 30 minutes after the start time.
Promotional organisations Matchroom and Queensberry will also be live streaming the weigh-in on their official YouTube channels, as will Sky Sports and TNT Sports.
