Crystal Palace are reportedly exploring a deal to sign Moroccan winger Abde Ezzalzouli from Real Betis.
Journalist Pete O'Rourke confirmed the news of Palce's interest in the talented 24-year-old.
It is believed that a move to sign Ezzalzouli would be a direct replacement for Ismaila Sarr.
The Senegalese star has been strongly linked to Liverpool as the transfer window winds down.
Ezzalzouli joined Betis from Barcelona in the 2023/24 campaign but it was last season where he came of age in La Liga.
He reached double figures in the league and ended up with 15 goals across all competitions in a standout campaign.
It has been a difficult start to the season for the Eagles under the stewardship of new manager Pierre Sage.
Last season's UEFA Conference League winners have started with a 2-0 defeat at Everton, before losing 4-1 at home to Manchester City on Friday.
Sage's side return to action at Fulham on Saturday but it remains to be seen which of Ezzalzouli and Sarr will be a Palace player at that stage.
