Welsh Fire Women completed their regular season with a nine-wicket win over Southern Brave on Wednesday to top the table and have had an extra few days to rest any knocks and niggles.
Tammy Beaumont scored an unbeaten 59 in that win and will be expected to lead from the front once again, alongside Dunkley, with Matthews - who smashed 78 not out off 46 balls in the win over the Spirit at the start of this month - expected to come in at three
The Spirit have had little time to celebrate reaching their first final but are expected to go with the same side that beat the Invincibles so convincingly in the Eliminator.
Knight and Sharma have impressed in the middle order but London will be hoping for their top three of Meg Lanning, Georgia Redmayne and Cordelia Griffith to give those two a big platform to build from.
