Welsh Fire and Oval Invincibles got their Hundred campaign underway with a win in both the Men’s and Women’s competition, setting up what should be an intriguing pair of games between the two in Cardiff.
The matches between the Women’s and Men’s Welsh Fire and Oval Invincibles teams will be available to watch on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Mix.
The Women’s game between Welsh Fire and Oval Invincibles starts at 15:00 BST on Sunday 28th July before the Men’s teams face off at 18:30 BST the same day at the Sophia Gardens Cricket Ground in Cardiff.
The Women’s Welsh Fire team hit the highest total in the history of the competition last year, 181-3 against Trent Rockets.
Oval Invincibles’ Will Jacks had amassed the second-most runs of any player in the history of the Men’s competition, 634, coming into this season.

Fast bowler Beth Langston is hoping for a start after replacing Claire Nicholas in the squad after the latter was ruled out of the tournament through injury. The Fire romped to a seven-wicket win in their opener though and may stick with the same side.
Megan Schutt has signed for the Oval Invincibles after Tash Farrant withdrew through injury. The team can only play three overseas players at once so one of Amanda-Jade Wellington, Marizanne Kapp and Chamari Athapaththu will have to make way for Schutt.
