Trent Rockets and Oval Invincibles, the winners of the last two Men's Hundred competitions, meet at Trent Bridge in their final group stage game.
Sam Billings' Invincibles, who have won six of their seven games, are guaranteed a place in the top three of the men's competition.
This game will decide whether they will head straight to the final on Sunday 18th August at Lord's, or if they will need to progress through an eliminator the day before.
Trent Rockets, following their defeat by Birmingham Phoenix on Monday, can no longer qualify.
That match is preceded by a women's Hundred showdown between the same two sides, both of whom are still in contention for the knockout stages.

The Invincibles were unchanged for their last game and produced a comprehensive eight-wicket win against London Spirit.
Tom Alsop replaced Adam Lyth against Birmingham and top-scored with 51, so should keep his place. Rashid Khan is out after picking up a hamstring injury so Chris Green is set to feature again.
With the Invincibles top of the table with just one defeat to their name, it's hard to see any changes, with Will Jacks and Dawid Malan opening ahead of Jordan Cox and then Billings and Sam Curran.
Aussie leg-spinner Zampa will be key with the ball.
